Who we are

We are an independent creative agency that believes that creativity should feel easy; though it can be tormenting from time to time. We are run by Lisa Hammerl and Tessa Sima. And founded by Andreas Putz and Josef Koinig.
We really enjoy working together (most of the time) and
we learn a lot from each other.

Our Approach

In every brand, every matter of communication,

every problem, there is a unique treasure hidden:

one or more qualities that make a brand unmistakable.

Where we come from

Josef and Andreas have been working together since 1994. Over the years, they have built several agencies and led them to success; most recently Jung von Matt DONAU.

Incidentally, and quite by chance, “Schatz” (German for treasure) and “Stöber” (German for rummaging)
are also the maiden names of Josef’s and Andreas’ mothers.
Which feels fitting and actually not all that surprising because there is treasure to be found everywhere,
if you only look long enough.
